After install all we see is Success in red letters

We recently received a 30 user license for education and after the install all we can see after launching Lumion is success in red letters.

Since we are an education facility we are not able to follow the normal license registration process.

Any help would be appreciated.

ADMIN: Merged two posts from the same institution.

When we try to open Lumion it just displays a "Success" message with no options to open files. I tried to register my Educational license but it says I cannot register an Educational license.
