As anyone requested any type of Rail Content... Tracks, High speed Engines and cars and Industrial Engines and Cars. I have a great scene that I need to build for a proposal and Missing Rail from the content will make it more Difficult, I will have to use items from Revit and 3ds max.
The problem with trains is that unlike cars, there is no such thing as a generic train design that works well for all regions in the world. As an example, a Deutsche Bahn ICE (Intercity) train looks very different from a Shinkansen train in Japan or one of the many types of Amtrak trains in America. Even the railway track widths vary from region to region.
To make it a useful asset in Lumion, we would essentially have to make an intercity train model and a regional train model (as a minimum) for every major country in the world and as you can imagine, that's a significant amount of work for our 3D artist

In addition, there's no railway track building functionality in Lumion, nor is there a way to animate models along geometry curves in Lumion, so even if you had train models in Lumion, it would only be practical to animate them along straight lines.
Based on my chats with Ferry about this, we currently haven't got any plans to add trains to the Model Library in Lumion.
In general we prefer to include universal models in Lumion, i.e. models that would work in as many regions and for as many customers as possible.
That being said, if enough existing and potential customers suddenly needed train models for their projects, we would probably at the very least investigate the options and potential workload.
