look, I never tried it, I am just giving a suggestion without knowing it will work, but you may try it.
My suggestion is that you should not try to use REAL lumion lights to do this effect, but rather, to use a TEXTURE where you want the lights, and use the emissive option of the texture to make it shine in the dark.
Since as far as I remember you dont have an option in Lumion to use a lightmap texture (kinda like a bumpmap, but instead of showing where its "higher" and where its "lower", it shows "where it shines" and where it "doesnt shine"), you need a 2nd texture, with an alpha map (it should be transparent where it wont shine), positioned over the diffuse texture, so they are both aligned.
Then in Lumion you would up the emissive slider of the alpha map texture... only it would glow.
Not sure this would work... you should try it and tell us what happened.
