Back on topic, Sorry to be repetitive. I was hoping to get some help soon because I could use the plugins I purchased on a project which I need ready soon.
1. I purchased 2 - 1000 credit vouchers and applied it to my account. I activated the 2 plugins I wanted and they are showing on my account. The last screen of the activation process gave instructions about doing something in the Lumion Settings Panel like "refresh" or "reload" but I closed InternetExporer thinking that this should be easy and I can't remember what it said. Can any one confirm the process? Pressing the "deactivate" button in Lumion does nothing on my screen (This is probably broke on my computer). I restarted lumion, restarted my computer, uninstalled/re-installed lumion. Pressed every button in my 'Customer Area' and in the settings menu within Lumion. The plugins remain unusable and is showing a red dot by the icon. Can any one tell me that its definitely not a simple step I am missing on my end?
2. Is there not a 64 Bit download for the standard "Service Pack 2 Build 2." I only have one option to download the 32 version in my "Customer Area" Screen. If someone can confirm either that it does not exist, or there is something wrong with my "Updates & Downloads" section, that would be awesome.
