1) The Lumion 7.5 Trial version is valid for 7 days over a period of 30 days from the moment you received the 'Getting started with Lumion' email. Can you confirm that your 'Getting started with Lumion' email arrived before the license expired?
2) If yes, 99.99% of the time problems with the Download Manager are caused by a lack of Windows permissions and/or overzealous anti-virus, router or firewall software on the PC or network.
