I have Lumion 2.5, I purchased 1 license. I have it installed on 1 PC and activated. I understand that I am allowed to install it on another PC whick would require deactivating on 1 pc and activating on another PC. The 1st PC I installed on will not allow me to deactivate. After I go through the process, I check my account and it still states that it is activated on the 1st PC. I get no errors during the deactivation process, it just doesn't deactivate. Yes, I verified that my Internet connection is working. I also tried deleting the mylumion.ppp file as suggested in another post (by the way that file is located under the ProgramData folder not the User Folder) that did not help. I see from some other posts that Lumion needs to deactivate the license on their end to fix this. Is that something I will have to have Lumion do everytime I want to transfer the license. someone please advise.

Hi zevcohen, your license has been de-activated remotely - please try again.

Needless to say, it should work right away - if it happens again, please reply to this post so Arthur can investigate what's going wrong.

I was able to activate Lumion on the 2nd computer. I will not attempt to activate and deactivate between the 2 computers at this point until a more convenient time. thanks for your help.
