Hi guys,

I am currently building a new system (i7 4770k clocked at 4.4) to run Lumion / other 3d modeling software and I need some help from you guys. I cant decide to go with GTX 780ti 3gb or GTX 770 4gb? ???

While gtx 780ti wins gpu passmark test over gtx 770 by far it only uses 3gb over 4gb.

Which gpu will suit Lumion better?

If you have any experience with gpus mentioned please help couse im stuck and cant go out:) no money for titan:)

Thanks guys

The extra 1GB might be useful in some occasional Lumion scenes, depends what sort of scenes you think you will be working with.  Very large and complex or general and medium complexity: LUMION 4: Minimum hardware requirements

Some of our users work with large scenes and use older lesser performing hardware.  There are also ways to manage more complex scenes if needed, so that it works better with the current hardware.

In my personal view, the gain from the much better performance in the Ti outweighs the lessor VRAM.

Normally I would pass some comments about the Titan option, but as that's ruled out, I'll leave it at this.  :-D
