I imported a house design and placed it on a hilly terrain.  I have been trying to fine tune the terrain around it but when I raise or lower it too much, my house jumps up and down in relation to the terrain.  I don't recall having this problem before.  Is there a setting to make the house stay put?

Sorry if this is a common question.  I haven't been on this forum much and the search function wasn't helping me.

Thanks!

Never mind.  I found the Lock Position.  Just don't remember needing that, or having to find that before.

Hi

Thanks for advising you have it sorted.

Indeed, changes in terrain heights will affect height of objects placed on it, and so objects need locking.  Context Menu --> Transform --> Lock --> On/Off.

In v4.5 the object icon is now red to indicate it is locked.
