Hi there   :D
This is a renovation project:
- Train station : multi-modal platform (train, bus, bike rent, pedestrian and bike way...), Playground (basket, soccer, skate park), Urban park, day nursery, district garden.

- Under the train station: Parking, Shopping centre, winter garden, Squash room and fitness centrer.

- Urban planning of the neighbourhood with new urban places, streets treatment, and urban densification.
