Here is a collection of Residential Only Projects I've modeled and rendered over the past few years.  There is a variety of material ranging from Lumion 3 through Lumion 5 so quality varies a bit with my learning curve.
Only two still renders in the animation were not created with Lumion.  Everything else was modeled in Revit and rendered in Lumion.
Animation was put together in Adobe Premier.
Please enjoy my Residential Sampler.
(Please turn sound on for fullest experience)
Thanks

Thanks for submitting Erik.

That is quite a collection of projects.  :)

Can you add in your PC specifications (even if changed over time).

ps: What is the track name, artist and source?

Thanks Peter!  And this is only some of my residential material.  Video is already a bit long in my opinion.  I am also working on putting different showcase videos together for different project types I work on as well (commercial and municipal, religious, educational and park & recreation).
Too much work for one or two videos.  So I am working to tailor Showcase videos to particular project types.  Stay tuned.

The current rig I am using and have been for the past 12 months is:

 - Intel Core i7 Processor i7-4930K 3.4GHz 12MB SIX CORE
 - Asus X79-DELUXE LGA2011/ Intel X79/ DDR3/ Quad CrossFireX & 3-Way SLI/    SATA3&USB3.0/ WiFi/A&2GbE/ ATX Motherboard
 - 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600MHz (PC3 12800) Quad Channel
 - nVidia GeForce GTX780 Ti 3GB DDR5 2DVI/HDMI PCI-EXP Video Card

I couldn't tell you at this point what I was using previously at my previous employment over a year ago.

As far as the sound track used, I got it from http://www.audioblocks.com/ with whom I have a year subscription with, and find they are a great source for sound effects, loops and tracks.
The track I used is named "Life's Complete"
and is copyrighted under "Music Design By Jason, Inc."

I will try and remember to add some credits to my future animations.  Thanks for the heads up.

Cheers mate!

Erik - that was awesome!  You have worked on a lot of projects - I really enjoyed your interior sections, as I don't get to do that too much - and I know how much work has to go into it to make it look good!

On the exterior elevations, how do you show the materiel options fade from one the the next? Did you create two animations with the different material settings then blend them together in Adobe Premier?  Or did you do it in Lumion?

Thanks for sharing!!

Thanks Chuck!
And you are correct.  I run the exact same animation set up with only materials changed and then blend with Adobe Premier.  I find it to be quite effective.  I did the same on the clip that starts at 1:28 but instead of materials, the dormers cycle through three options as the camera pans across the front of the home. And again its done with the turning view that starts about 4:03, that shows the kitchen develop from blank space into sketch into full kitchen.
This takes a bit of time as you have to do two, three or four renders of the same animation, but the result is a good one in my opinion and worth the extra time (especially since using Lumion give me much more time to work with  :-D ).

Thanks Nano (sorry for the delayed thanks)

Well its been very busy, but I've finally had time to put together a commercial (or rather "Larger Projects", not just commercial) showcase for VirtualEyesDesign.
So I went ahead on Peters advice below to add this residential animation below and the new Larger Project Animation, on a new introduction thread I just created for VirtualEyesDesign on the Lumion Forum Customer Portfolio Page.  You can see the new animation I just created on that thread at this location:
