Lot of good 3d modeling there. Interesting structure, facade. If you just showed the second half of the clip, too much driving on empty streets in the first half.  I have also noticed your camera looks only straight forwards,  if you tilted the camera towards the right/left, where the structure is,  while going forwards, it would satisfy the curiosity about the structure.  Hope you don't mind my bluntness.
