Hey everyone here's another project that I recently finished. It's a redevelopment of an existing town hall complex. I kept it pretty simply and just modeled the streets and used google streetview for the backgrounds. As usual all the trees and people were added in photoshop.

Lately I've been wondering if we are charging comparable rates for our work. Unfortunately in Seattle we have to compete with cheap labor from Chinese and Indian rendering firms. We currently are priced slightly above them at $950 for the first image and $700 for each additional view. What do you guys think does that sounds low or high and how do you have your pricing structure set up?

Why not use Lumion trees and people?

Lumion PRO 8.5 - Sketchup PRO 2018 - Windows 10 PRO - i7-7700K 4.20 Ghz - 32 Go RAM - GTX 1060 6GB

I guess because he (or the client) needed specific trees and people that aren't available in Lumion.

Yeah we want to maintain as much flexibility as possible and often time our clients can be very picky about tree species and people. It's nice just to have those isolated so we can easily move them around or change them.

Thanks!
