the finish,

i make some mistakes it is the first projekt with lumion3d .
some parts i can not more change. i import the hole building with parts of funiture by collada.
i can´t remove parts. the next projekt will share many objekts (wall,windows,roof und funitur) and import them with fbx. (material changing)

Nice design!
Is that wall-art sculpture at approx 2:55 just for fun or is it really projected as part of the house?
My only complaint is that I find it totally unfair we can't all live in houses like this  8)

its without the scupltures just for fun, but you can live there is for sale about 3.800.000 €
with 12.000 m2 tropic rainforest is cheap. the wall pictures are digital fotoworking from my travel to burma there are also for sale. i hope i get 1.000.000 € for each than i will buy the home for my self.

Incredible. I hope those 12.000 m2 do come with some kind of protective clause so it'll be prohibited to turn them into a carpark or sth  :-\
Good luck on selling your wall pictures. That price should be perfectly doable as long as you master the art of the Pollocks, Warhols and Hirsts among us  :D
