I recommend H264 from After Effects.
This I will post is not the Bible, from Adobe do not know much.
I became a board and it is this:
H264 for 5000 framesBitrate Settings10 Mbps 190 Mb 0.038
15 Mbps 285 Mb 0.057
20 Mbps 380 Mb 0.076
25 Mbps 475 Mb 0.095
30 Mbps 560 Mb 0.112
For example, if you have a video of 5000 frames and the size is 1280 x 720, then you can increase to 20 Mbps Bitrate = 5000 x 0.076 = 380 Mb.
At least in my videos this is almost invariably present, but as you may have noticed, I do not make any changes between them. So nothing would surprise me, if you use Effects or Plugin from After Effects, this table is useless.
On the other hand, H264 Vimeo recommended format and certainly the least quality loss. I noticed when I came back to hang all the videos, and always try not to exceed the 500 MB using the table, not having the Vimeo +.
