Yes, a good start.

Be careful with Z-fighting. It gives the whole render away too easily. At the beginning, there is some of it in a house and at the end, the road is also flickering when you zoom out with the camera. In this latter case, setting the depth offset in the material editor can help but you should revise your house (you can easily correct this in SketchUp and then reload that model)

Thank you Kais and Gaieus. Yes I am aware of the z-fighting resulting in flickering.
I will have it in mind working in SketchUp.
This animation is not done for customer but for learning Lumion.
