I haven't yet seen an architectual presentation where the camera needed to 'walk'.

Please act3d, don't loose fokus on really needed features.

Thanks :-)

That's odd? I've seen dozens that benefited from such an effect, making it feel much
more like you were in the scene as opposed to just watching it.
That said you are right of course. It's not really needed.
I'm sure everyone agrees. However, there is also good news.
1st) The effect comes with additional sliders so you can experiment with a lot of new
cool looks. 2nd) While using these looks, you can turn the 'shake' effect off.
See? I bet that's more then you bargained for  :P

Some pics attached, all enhanced with the handheld cam thingy.
I tried to add camshake but somehow Act-3D forget to make it work on images  :7

wow, Aaron, amazing stuff! I think thinks like this are added because they are on a list and may be a little easier to implement than other more difficult things that are still in the works. i have faith that these guys are not losing focus!  ;)

anything new that can be used to create a new and exciting envirnment and atmoshere can only be positive for us users IMHO.

I LOVE where all of this is going. Thanks to the Lumion team and great experimenters like Aaron, GeoHow, etc. we are able to do things that most of us could never imagine having the time or software to do by pushing the envelope of Lumion.

Thanks for feedback guys. Great work by the spartan indeed.

Now, try compare other software version .x updates, usually it is the version y. that get the greater functionalities. So all the extras that Lumion provide in the between updates is meant to be a sweetener while we are waiting for the big 3.0.

The focus is clear, thanks for asking :)

Great work Aaron!!!  Implementing new features while working on existing challenges should always happen.  i agree with Bob that new functionality is never a bad thing...and some items are easier to impliment while others take less time.  I for one would hate to see all production on the software stop except for 'X' issue.  We all have a wishlist of things we would love to see...that is why there is the wishlist section.  In my opinion, Act-3d has implemented a lot of requests in this section, and i see no reason they would stop now.  That said, i am sure everyone would agree that just because it is on the list, it does not mean they will get to it until..lets say Lumion 10.5.1.6 :P  I digress...Aaron, the vid had me wanting more...fantastic look.  Great job as always!

that video really looks great. I have a minor wish for upcoming versions, but i didn't find the wish list thread to post in.

- weather: would be cool to add rain in your scene and water drops on the camera lense. also lightnings would be nice. the rain then should autmatically wet the scene. don't know if this is possible :)
