This is also available as a Movie effect that you can apply to individual clips:
Scene Effects -> Shadow Range

its took me about 10 hours to render all scenes , HD output 1280X720

10 hours for 5 min is good --  Can we no what is your CPU & GPU in your Machine ? if you can - To take advantage -

sorry sahrudin can you tell-me about Cooling fan in your machine through 10 hours
it working in all-time of rendering OR it was working intermittently ? If you remembered  8)

i made it 10 scenes, so i send it scene by scene, 1 scene took me about 40mins to 1 hour to finish render. so in total its took me almost 10 hours to render all scenes.
