This was presented as a prelim on Friday to the client.  Still have a few issues to iron out and add some more moving people on the site and in the building.

Very nice detail and pretty cool for a lot of interior work.
A few constructive points:

-Whats up with the framerate? It's a bit jitterish at times?
-Daylight vs lampposts outside ON, bit weird perhaps?
-Tarmac/Textures on the parkinglot would help.
-The intro/outside scenes up to 1:30 could have been a bit shorter imo.
-Starting at approx 1:46 there's a nasty reflection issue on the opposite glass facade.
A custom reflection point might help solve this.
-Why not put a fire-emitter in the fireplace since you do have Ultimate?  :D
-Use a bit more extra frame edge so your SSAO doesn't pop-up that much.
(it's not really bad btw, just saying).

Love the closing shot, great lights like that!

Got a message from Youtube this morning saying that it was blocked in Germany because of the soundtrack I chose.  I guess I need to find some unlicensed music for videos.

-Framerate -I believe it was fine until I added the soundtrack to it...accepting recommendations for video/sound editing software.
-Lights on lamp posts...yeah, I get the daylight and lights on as odd...but had them on for the night shot, can't figure out if it is possible to turn on and off textures per scene.
-The parking lot actually has a Lumion concrete texture applied
-Still working on the timing of that intro, but I noticed that as well.
-Haven't quite figured out the custom reflection point, had one person suggest it for a mirror in the spinning room, but it didn't work as I thought it should.
-I purchased the Ultimate on Monday to get the fire emitter and it is currently emitting.  LOL
-SSAO - I read up a little on that, but am still unsure what all the settings are.  I did apply, to the latest version, the SSAO filter to decrease the bad shadowing in the corners...but how do you use "more extra frame edge"

Thanks for all the comments.

You can add songs from youtube for free. You can press a button and replace the sound with well known songs from youtube.

Here is the Final Movie delivered to the client.  I picked up a lot of the comments and suggestions, but just couldn't figure out fake mirror material still.

It's a bit long, but that is what the client was looking for.   Also, I was able to get some free music, so hopefully it won't get tagged this time.

Wow!  That's a large modelling scene and project.  Well done.  Not only that, but another good example of a completed and real project to a client.

Can you post some info on the specs, eg PC specs to render, time taken etc for final render, how many sub-scene/clips for the overall scene, was it done in 1 Lumion project or more, model specs eg polygons, number of materials and anything else if have time to throw in.

Thanks.
