I'm no big fan of filters but this one turned out very nice. :)

Is a huge job but I would prefer to see the product extracted from Lumion especially the video.

I agree, Lumion has great potential for still shots as well. I think they will accomplish this by default as they continue to strengthen material and movie effects.

Me too I am not so fan with the "computer artistic touch" but here I must say very impressed!
I too would like to see the original images from Lumion
I think what makes it "refreshing" (dispite its own model etc... qualities) is a personal look. Lumion video / images are nice but so recognisable...it becomes boring!
Thats what's make me hesitate going to lumion for now! We should get more control on the taste of final image IMO

Well, if I am not mistaken and my suspicion of cross-board members is correct, ecco is the same person as here:

and apparently a Piranesi master since he won several prizes at SCF, too:
http://news.sketchucation.com/sketchup-piranesi-competition-results/
so if he gets as much out of Lumion as from Piranesi, we'll definitely se some really stunning results!

So is ECCO master! ... could bring in contributions.  :)
From what I saw in the images, the overlap of effects to enhance the features and diffuse colors. I liked a lot.

Hi,dear friend  :-D

Long time no see. How r u these days?
Thanks for ur enthusiastic introductions which remind me those good time. })

Well, I study lumion for 2 months, and try to use it better.
As archigrafix said:"Lumion video / images are nice but so recognisable..." I do think so.Everyone receives the similar result without more personality. So I Try to mix it with piranesi.Maybe this can stimulate more imaginations for our works.  })

Nice idea to stimulate our imaginations! ;)
I dont have so much clients asking for movies...So the work invested in Lumion scene must be of use for static images. Lumion is not so far from doing very nice things in that field IMO. it lacks some minimum improvements:
1) enhanced materials
2) camera match position (for example same as the one I get in Sketchup)
3) freedom to choose image resolution
4) improved import of model (via plugins for examples)
5) A Zdepth pass
All of this doesnt involve so much tech evolutions of lumion. these are just for compositing purposes so we can "personnalize" final images!

Ecco may you show us the original image from Lumion? to help figure your process to get final image

I second that...hope to see more!!

I think that it is not fare to place the blame for boring on Lumion as a few have here...It is the artist who makes the mistake

ecco-lgs, I hope that you can demonstrate this for us.

Cheers!!
