The team that put this product together put a lot of thought into it...thanks guys it is a blast and very productive at the same time! My only knock is that it is becoming very distracting.
This is my first with Lumion. The property development is proposed for 7 Great North Road in Parry Sound Ontario.

The stills look great, the materials on the close shots look great.  The bridge in the distance really adds something...much better then just looking at the empty horizon.  It seems the video was a test, but none the less i would story-board out the movements...and slow the camera at locations to add interest.  Maybe a fad in and fade out now and again.  Tell the same story as the stills do, and you will be in great shape.  Congrats on a nice project!

Thanks for your kind comments....your advise is much appreciated and so perfect. I took the stills after the movie and as I sat and looked at them I thought...gee...this is better than the movie sequence of images. With the video I ran around in the scene like a kid with a camera...and for sure, that's how I felt because this was my first time inside lumion, and you know the excitement. With the stills I actually took some time to compose. So you answered the question for me...what was the difference??
Thanks again, anytime you have thoughts I'm listening closely. :)

I still have a blast working in Lumion, and i have been using it since its initial release so long ago ;)  You will find the Lumion community to be very helpful.  I learn something new here everyday, and am loving it.

I am still learning cinematic myself, and have used peoples gallery posts as inspiration to help me grow in that department.  I really think you could start at where your cameras were placed for your stills, and then animate short distance slow pans ending on your highlight of that frame.  I would look at this post in the gallery, fantastic example:

I agree its great fun.  Most of our work is for real time so I am trying to watch allot of the movies that are being posted to try and learn a little bit about camera work. The example posted above is excellent......  The other thing that is great fun is stacking animals and seeing how many you can paint in on top of each other.  Or another fun one was is seeing how many pigeons you can balance on one of the characters haha
