Apartment buildings to be built in Warandepoort, Oosterhout, The Netherlands.

Revit Architecture ->(FBX imported in 3DS Max) -> Lumion 7.0

Post production: sky replaced by photo, people/shadows photoshopped in, some reflection touch-ups.

System:

This project was modelled in Revit Architecture 2016, but that doesn't add anything to this picture.
Older versions would have done the trick as well.  ;)

Actually, the site was combined with a Google Earth photo on the ground plane in 3DS Max, and linked with the architectural models.

The complete housing project and site were created in Revit, the apartment buildings were later added, after a redesign.

Usually, especially up close, I use stock photos of actual people to add realism.

Addition: interior.

Added some sketchup models for realism, due to lack of Lumion library elements (curtains, blinds, coffee machine, refrigerator, ceiling lights, dining table).  ;)

Post-production: added female + shadow (Photoshop), colour balancing/lighting equalisation in Lightroom.
