Neat little addition, that tracker on the upper left!
Bit less fog next time? Helps the audience to see better :-)
Was the original camera movement more smooth before you uploaded to YT?

Most of the time, if you go from smooth to rather jerky, you haven't found the optimal bitrate for conversion yet. It also depends on your camera movement itself, or so it seems with Lumion. I don't know why this is exactly. Probably the way Lumion interpolates camera movement vs its output framerate. Anyways, upping your bitrate prior to uploading to YT should help a lot already. (note that Too high a bitrate also is NOT good). Start with values between 6.5 and 10. If this gives you compression artifacts, go a bit higher. You can go as high as 25 bit that shouldn't be necessary. I use AE myself but here are some additional suggestions: http://lumion3d.com/forum/general-discussion/what-are-you-guys-using-to-edit-your-mp4-movie/

ok, thanks.
i don't know why the movie is like this on YT, i had post other movies on YT made by lumion and it was the good. this one is the first made bny lumion2.2.1 pro, maybe i have to check the output values... gonna try to change the bitrate....
