Overall it is very impressive. I think the audience will be convinced to buy. The closing birds-eye shows a nicely composed and attractive/beautiful garden. If I was to suggest help I would say you know most of what I can tell already...it is a matter of the time you can put in . Some of the large stock lumion texture expanses could be replaced with more detailed materials. I like the stone work although coping on the walls and some edge rounding on steps would be nice. You open your scene with the lumion hedge, gift-wrapping on a box. I would let it go except this is an opening scene. A nice thick 3d hedge or bush would help.....all of this MHO of course.
