I used Lumion 10 for this project, which includes a short animation. I tried to use both Lumion fine-detail nature and Megascan assets to create a lushy, hot and humid jungle scene. I was very pleased to see how Lumion rendered the animation and handled the imported assets. For the solid assets it was easy to attach the right Albedo map, for the foliage I had to add an opacity channel in Photoshop. Great thing is that I could use this texture for all variations of a certain species. I created the scne and renders on a Laptop Alienware with RTX2080 with Max-Q 32Gb of Ram. Image took 1 minute, animation from half an hour 1920x1080 4x anti-alias to 8 hours for the 4k 16x anti-alias quality.

Now that I like... very nice environment image Paul. If I may be so bold as to suggest, use of a Lumion Fog Effect on the waters surface would enhance the feeling of humidity in the final image. ... :7

Thanks for the idea, I'll give it a try and see what happens. It's always worthwhile to try adding some more effects. I think that fog could really work and make it look more humid! I was so focused on adding and imporing all the plants that I didn't think of other effects such as the fog (I used is as a general weather seting, but not as an effect)

Hello Richard, I can only upload max. 10MB per post and this makes the animation look really crappy. I posted the animation in a better resolution (filesize 20MB) on my linkedin profile. The original file is almost 500MB. If you're interested I could send you a 36MB version with Wetransfer.

Nice one Paul. I looked you up and had a look at the animation. Looks very Jungle-book-ish! Well done :-)
