I think this is really good work for a student project. There are a number of issues I would have with the animation, but given the time constraints you were likely working under, to both learn and implement the software, I'm quite impressed.
I am an architect in Sydney, Australia, but also a university lecturer (UNSW), and Chairman of the Revit Technology Conference series, so I do see a lot of this sort of work!
Main issue worth relooking at is the trampoline effect... Far too much bouncing in and out and in and out at various points in the animation. Also, I noticed a number of your movie textures were inverted. You might consider stopping the vehicles on one of the roads (put in a 'red light'...) so they don't all keep running through each other.
Particularly liked the second night sequence which had the building appearing very abstracted, very cool.
These things aside, as mentioned, I think an excellent effort, and well deserving of the mark awarded. Well done!
