Very nice amount of small details to spice the vid up, well done!
There are some minor issues but I take it you'll probably be aware of most already.
One thing thats a real pity imo is the bad framerate. Any ideas what caused this?
If you can, do try to improve it. Bad framerates are a wrecker for getting, pretty much
anything, across to an audience. ;)

Excellant work.  A lot of interior detail to the condos makes it realistic.

I see that rubbish bin has Z fighting so if you could re-edit tweak that mesh.  Maybe tone down the colours and brighness a little. I just wonder if it's a little long for client presentation.  There's good cuts covering all aspects.

Another example of skilled and talented users working with Lumion and Lumion doing it's thing.

If you do another version, please don't forget to post again.

Hi Rfox, well done, enjoyable level of detail. Aaron, about the frame rate problem this seems to happen to me as well for animmations that a rotated about a fixed point, I get a jitter effect. Do you know of anyway we can fix this?. Rfox your visualisation looks great, my only comment to add on the other guys comments is that your horizone is over exposed. Add sound to your animmation, it will soften everthing else.
