Here is a Town Home development we did for a local developer. There were 2 styles of 4 plex town homes in multiple color combinations, plus a pool house. I build everything in SketchUp, then brought it to life in Lumion 6.3.
it took around 2.5 days to build everything in SketchUp and another 2 days in Lumion to add everything. I alos had a day of revisions after owner comments. The opening scene took 11 hours for my computer to build  :o, while the other scenes took between 1-2 hours.

GuillaumeMaas,
Thanks!  Those were some long days - but I had a tight deadline to meet.
Mass Placement and having the same planting scheme for the Town Homes, helped tremendously :)

Good work chuck
I see that we do not have the same standing in our respective subdivisions.
What is the distance between two houses?
There is no fence around the houses?
Anyone can circulate between the houses?
Another country, another way of life
 ;)

Francan,

These Town homes are a four plex ( 4 units in each building) and are not zoned as single family - so they are laid out like an apartment complex or classified as multi family.
The units are around 27' apart - and no fence as all landscaping are common areas - like a big park :)

Thanks,
Chuck

Gilson - I'm glad you liked it - YouTube music can be challenging at times

PS - thanks for the flock of birds - they rock :)

Hi mootte

We have an Assets Board where members will generally post any resources for others to use.

You can also easily find it by doing a forum Search or Advanced Search using "bird" (not "flock").

Gilson made the flock available after posting this Finished Projects topic: ..MIGRATION.. with a link to the resource.

And, the files are in our main 3D Resources topic in the Asset Board.

Tom,

Thanks for the kind words - it was a nice size project for me - but it is still kind of small compared to some of the other projects that members have posted on here.
I really enjoy the all the projects that other member post, it reminds me that I have to keep learning and pushing myself :)
