Hello Felipe,
It's a nice Job. Did you try Volumetric light?
How did you do the dirty effect of the wall?

Thank you GG ;)

 1. I wouldn't dirty the walls if a new house
2. asphalt = scale down a bit
3. add mailbox, ext light fixtures
4. since model is fairly simple, I would do a nite shot to enhance overall
5. thx for texture link

I think you've done a good job. But I would replace the car by a more detailed one. Try for example this link:
http://tf3dm.com/3d-models/vehicles/3 or https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/search.html?q=cars&rsi=sbis&backendClass=entity

Hi Felipe,

I think the stain on the parapet is very convincing and adds to the realism.  In fact it is fact of life that almost all flat roof houses confront at some stage.  Very nice touch.

I have a question.  Both the adjoining houses have high white fences.  It is realistic that your client will remain unaffected by this?  :-)

If it was me I would vary the road surface  bit more.  Sure the shadows help, but some varied texture would create more realism IMHO.

No letterbox??  :-(

Great work!

Regards,
