For all of you FormZ users out there, the best way to import FormZ models is to create a dxf file (no size transformation needed) and import it into Sketchup. There check every layer (grouped by color!) and again go over every object within a color layer to see if all the faces are in the same color.  Export in collada format  into Lumion and apply Lumion materials.
Btw, I could not find any roof tile materials, darker asphalts, lighter color metals (glas without transparency).  There should be also a water color somewhere inbetween the offered pond and mountain creek.
Once you import the damn model (it took a BIG while to figure out the right way) it was pure pleasure from then on to play God and create gardens, landscapes and atmospheres.
I'm hooked up again, Lumion! Keep up the great work!

I know there are a couple of unstable camera movements and unwanted geometry but I got inpatient and wanted to see the result asap ;-)
... and the swan keeps flying in circles ...

Definitely a nice video... If I may have two crits however; I would paint the bottom of the pond to something else than the grass. If there is so much "green" in there, that water is not to healthy. Another one maybe the road - some more smooth curves than those sharp 90 degrees (when you are not confined to city blocks) could look more "natural" to the eye (but maybe this is just me and of course, part of the design that I should not give advice in)
:)

If you use your own planes to make water, you can then fine tune the water colour. True however that some roof tiles would be nice.

Thanks for the advice.
Initially I wanted to create a small residential villa complex, hence the rectangular road curves (good observation!).
I'm still not familiar with using your own personalized materials. I'll check your advice. Thanks again.
