Topic: The Fog House

Hi,

This is a personal project that I have been working on for the last couple of days.

I saw an image on instagram by a visualisation studio in Brazil and was inspired to build it in Lumion 9. Beyond it being called 'The Fog House' I don't know anything more about the real life project. edit We have since found out that the architects are Tripper Arquiteture (a Studio based in Rio) and the original 'inspiration' image was produce by Studio VIR

Modelling took a day and a half including the Lumion scene.
Renders took about 12mins (Poster Size) using a NVIDIA GTX Titan X

The scene is very well made and good use of effects, I like the first image the most.
I don't like the person model you used in the bedroom, I think it doesn't add much to the image.
Maybe you could use a model that would bring a more cinematic feel to the scene, like for example a lady in a dress.
But still, great work!

@Claudio I think the person is OK for the fist two images because it is so far away, it is there really there just for scale, but absolutely agree with the third image, there needed to be something/someone there to balance the composition, I like your idea and might test it out.

@gimlitehdwarf - the water material used was 'flat water'
