Hi everybody

Here is a video of a residential subdivision. The company wanted to group all its different achievements in the same subdivision for a more impactful commercial approach.

All these buildings were actually built but in different places. The fact of grouping them, shows more easily the know how this company.

The presentation with Lumion 8 is undoubtedly a promotional advantage.

Francan,
Really excellent job!! Great amount of detail and the headlights are a nice touch!! They look really cool!!

I am so glad the dog was not crushed :) - I would recommend they cross the crosswalk before the car arrives - that way they are not doing a moonwalk :)

The color and textures are awesome - I really appreciate all the hard work you put in to this - really nice job.  I would probably add some large tree clusters between your model and the mountain range in the back ground .. at .33-.40 you can really see the flat ground plane - hiding that would add a lot :)

really tremendous job - thanks for sharing :)

Nice work, lot of detail, nice atmosphere !

Question, how do you go about making the street markings/crosswalks ?

Great work !

Thanks Peterboodts. Everything is done in 3D even  markings and crosswalks.

Thanks too, Chuck. This new version is really very interesting

As for the dog, in the following sequence (00:35) we see that it continues to cross the street safely.
Chuck, you are too focused to look at the horizon or indeed I grant you, it lacks vegetation, but in no case the dog is crushed.
I consult my lawyer and this story hold the road (following the next episode)
 :D :D :D :D :D

So glad the dog is doing well!! Maybe a little tired from the moon walk.. but he still had enough energy to cross the street :)

Truly you went to the next level of detail to include street signs, street markings, recycle bins.... you went to the next level... I surprised you didn't include some kids spray painting graffiti in the alley :)

Keep up the good fight my friend :)

Awesome work!  The night scenes are particularly stunning - they look really real.  How did you do the cars?  The wheels turn with the cornering and the headlights look so good. They're not Lumion cars are they?

Amazing amount of work has gone into this!

Chuck, my little finger tells me that the kids spray painting graffiti will  arrive in L9

Hi Jezzerman, Well yes these are Lumion cars with the wheels that drive but only in a straight line. In turns it's just an optical effect.
For headlights it's all new in the L8 version and it works by grouping the car with the headlights

Well I never!  They look great!

You have given me the inspiration to try a night scene!

Thanks Francan

Do not forget to read the recommendation of morten.
I galley a little with the groupage of the car and lights in Mass Movement.
When I understood how to do it, it was easier  :D
