Finish mapping in Sketchup and export to Lumion I use Standard Material.
All of most texture I search on http://www.cgtextures.com/
I and my group work hard with this project, because client have a lot requirements but a little time... 2 weeks.

That's right! 11 days for modeling, 3 days for rendering and AE. Our client was very satisfied with it.

... don't have any more time. 2 weeks for all, I'm sure!
But I'm work with my friend, and we have 2 computers, 1 laptop (use to edit video)
Each scene 15s took 2.0hr to render!
Lumion fastest render ever  
I'm really love it!
