Bledi, maybe I'll be wrong, but I think here are 2 software, exterior is Lumion undoubtedly, but interior (0:52 to 1:10) is another soft, for the moving people, the IG light, the reflection over the curves (white and red) and the movement cameras, but yes uses Bakground Sky of Lumion.

Yes Nicolas there are two software, but what is necessary there is a lot dose of Lumion :D
