Very nice!
It is very good the people in the movie are not 'texured' so all the attention goos to the architecture.
I love it.

Kind regards and succes.

Wow - what a great detailed model!!
I really enjoyed your camera work and lighting... I also agree about the people not taking away form the architecture - well done!!

Wow, good job!
The editing is great and I loved the way everything is put together.

Personally, and I think I may be the odd one out here, but I wasn't a fan of the un-textured people. The silhouettes seemed to distract me more than they would have if it were regular 3D people and actually took my eye away from the architecture. I think this is probably a testament to your animating skills as the overall tone of the video is very realistic and believable. I think there would have been only a few cases where the animated people would have been too close to the camera and these could have been hidden with some motion blur and subtle DOF, otherwise the wide angle and long distance shots would look super impressive with regular people populating them as their movements were all very natural.

This is just a personal opinion and so I definitely respect the decision for you to use the blacked out versions as a creative decision. It certainly gave the video a unique look with a lot of emphasis on the architecture. I think you did a fantastic job showing off the model with some very cool effects in play.

Thanks a lot for sharing! :)

for having been lurking around these threads over a year now there sure are a lot of really awesome projects i somehow missed out on seeing. love this vid, that first handheld camera clip as well isn't something i've seen much of, pretty unique/realistic and a much better take on the typical flythrough type of clip imo. cool stuff!

Insane work.  I love it.  Only suggestion is that when you're walking camera comes to a stop, animate the camera shake to 0.   Then back to 5 or so when it starts to walk again.

always enjoy an Achkovsky video!
sub to your youtube as well. though wish it wasn't in russian :)

why did decide on 5* and only 30fps?
I wonder if 3 or 4 stars with 60fs would actually look better with similar times?..
never really did a comparison about whats worth the time more.
I do know that 60fps looks really smooth, though double the time.

I really like how this feels. Great use of "walking" through your design. Edited very nicely to time with the music as well. I personally don't mind the "dark people", it gives a kind of submersion into your design without it's people knowing you're there hehehe. Good work Max
