hi all

here is the final video of the the townhouse complex, it fits together with a previous video of mine. http://forum.lumion3d.com/gallery/eye-of-africa-golf-estate/, this was the 1st phase groundwork for the Mipad project.

A vid of the interior views of a Type a unit.
http://forum.lumion3d.com/gallery/mipad-night-interior-views/

it was modeled in SKP and has 73 units with 14 different styles, the video shows only 10 as the 4 others are mirrored ones.

hp elite with 24 gigs of ram and nvidea 660 ti card.

hope you enjoy.

cheers shaun

Hey great video! The only suggestion I have is to lighten the shadows when the camera is flying over the development. As is, they are just so dark that the development reads as having very little green space. It gives the effect of the buildings being much denser than they actually are. When you fly down into the space, its fine.

hi Derek, thank you so much, appreciate that coming from you. keep your eyes to the sky  :)

hi Ridenho thanks very much, yes the amount of work in this project made me sick of it in the end. i could not wait to finish.

hi Jared. thank you, good point, its a funny thing, i can spot mistakes in others work so easily, but when you are busy with your own you seem to overlook them for some reason, maybe its because you have looked at the screen for 16 hrs non stop and are drinking a whiskey when you are looking at others work   :-D

Hi all

We have broken ground at Mipad, busy with services and roads. Construction of units will commence in about a month. Some pics of the site. Nice to see a lot of effort starting to come to fruition.

francisco thanks so much for your post.
