[Resolved] Trouble receiving Lumion Pro 9 Student

I have attempted to retrieve a student version of Lumion Pro and have been having difficulty because the hardware for my computer was not strong enough. I recieved a license key a couple months ago after registering with PayPal to verify my student status but I have yet to be able to download the software. Recently, I updated my PC and would like to try to download Lumion 9 Pro Student but am not able to because it says my account has already been registered. Is there any way for me to receive a new license key and download link?

Hi brendahong,

There are no Lumion License Keys or SheerID applications registered with your .edu email account.

To proceed, please forward your full name and the email address you used when applying for the Student License Key to uploads[at]lumion.com (replace [at] with @).
