Hello, my office is interested in purchasing Lumion Pro and my 14-day trial expired before I was able to install it. I had only entered my information in the request for trial but was waiting for authorization from my organization to install it. I then got an e-mail saying my Lumion trial has ended - but I never got to start it.

Can I restart this 14 day trial?

Hi Steffi,

Good news, the trial works for 14 days after the first activation.

I will resend you the "Getting started with Lumion email". Click on the Download link in the email to download and install it. Please confirm when you receive the email.

That being said, are you aware that there are two different Trial versions for Lumion?
