I am student using the Lumion Student Version 9. I recently got a new laptop and wanted to install and transfer Lumion over. Once I entered the dialog box where you enter your school, it gave a message that the license was already used. Is it possible to transfer over this license from my old laptop to the new one in the student version?

I'm not sure what dialog box you are referring to.  Please provide a screenshot.

In any case, the License Key is embedded in the installation files, so if you want to install Lumion on a different PC, all you need to do is to run the Download Manager via the 'Download Lumion' button in your 'Getting started with Lumion' email.

If you still have the installation files from last time you installed Lumion, you can also just transfer them to the new PC and run the installer.

Once Lumion is installed, the License Key is marked as in use when you start up Lumion and released again when you quit Lumion, so you don't need to "transfer" the License Key between your PCs. That's handled automatically.

I was able to take the application and uninstall it from my other computer and apply it to my new one. The issue is again in the license. I ran the old download on the new work station and it still asks for a license key before I am allowed to continue.
I cannot acquire a new key as I have already used me student email for the one I downloaded before.
I've attached an image of the box that opens when the application is ran.
How could I troubleshoot this?

The Download Manager requests that you enter the Activation Code (see pic 1 attached).

The Activation Code is also in the email, but it is not the License Key.  Can you see that code in your email?

ps: please also register your License Key so you have full access to the Support Center:  How do you get technical support?
