hi
i am working in a file for few days however today when i turned on my computer and tried to open my file it gave me an error ''the file is either corrupted or it was saved with an incompatible vesion of lumion''.What can i do? I am using lumion 9.3.1 student version.Please help!!

I'm sorry to hear that, olcay. :-\

1. To get the ball rolling, please zip + upload the .LS9S Scene file to a file host, e.g. transfer.pcloud.com, and forward the download link to [email protected], so we can take a look.

2. Then copy your Lumion License Key from your 'Getting started with Lumion' email and paste it to the License Key field at the bottom of your Account Settings page (Click on Profile above this topic to access that page). When you're done, please let us know in your next reply, so we can move this Support Topic to the sections for licensed users.

Hi again now i can open the file. I read old posts in the forum and i could open my file however when i try to get render now it says wrong creation of texture. My updates are done what can i do please help me
