Hello Lumion,

I recently applied for Lumion's student version with Paypal and SheetID verification, but still haven't received the confirmation / installation email. I've also checked my spam/junk folders.

There's sadly not yet any License Keys registered with the .edu email address you're using, so we'll have to forward your details to one of our colleagues who is responsible for Student licensing.

To get the ball rolling, please forward your name, address and the email address you used when applying for the Student version to uploads [at] lumion.com (replace [at] with @).

I sent the email at 1:59PM EST. I don't want to mention my email publicly here - can you please confirm that the email should be sent to "[email protected]" ?

We have been receiving emails from other users without any issues over the past hour so the problem is seemingly not caused by something at our end.

To check if there's something wrong with the your university outbox, try to send the same email from your .edu account to a different email address, e.g. to a private email account.

You might also want to try to send the email to us from the same private email account instead of the .edu account.

Hooray, the email from your Gmail account got through. :)

As mentioned earlier, we'll now forward your details to my colleague who is responsible for student licensing, so he can investigate what happened to your application.

Good news, my colleague has informed me that the problem has been resolved.
