My student 7.5 trial expired.. how do i get the full student version now? I went through the whole process of verifying that I was a student and at the end it told me I had already been verified and received an email...which I did but for the trial when I signed up a month ago. If I try to upgrade the License Key it tells me its not valid. What am I missing here? Why is this so hard?

Hi rachele715

I can see that you installed the public Trial V7.5 in December 2018, which is now invalid being past the 30 day maximum trial period.

I can also see that you were approved via SheerID and you were issued a License Key for version 9 in December 2018 as well.  However the License Key was not activated for any use, so perhaps you never received the email.

I have re-sent you the email for the latest version 9.0.2. to your .edu email address.

Please confirm receipt.  Some .edu email servers block the emails, so if you don't get it within the next 5 minutes, let us know here of an alternative email address to send it to.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send private messages and emails to members of staff - unless we specifically ask you to send us sensitive information, for example License Keys.
