Sorry but if you want an answer to your question you need to register your license
And to register your license, you need to locate the email that you received when you purchased Lumion Pro 6.
As I explained earlier the license is shown inside the email in the same location as on the screenshot of the email in my previous replies.
If you are unable to find the email with your license number, please forward your purchase receipt to [email protected]
and request that another email is sent to you with your license number and activation code.
When you register your license, you get access to the full forum where we provide support for Lumion and Lumion Pro license-holders. The full forum is hidden from unlicensed users.
