Hi,

I had downloaded a couple trials of Lumion and they have all worked. I tried to download a new trial and when I open Lumion it says the trial is expired and it's a brand new trial. I recently got a new computer and the guy I talked to at Best Buy said the computer's graphic card and processor are very good. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help and give your ideas? Thank you!

Hi Martin, it's by design that you can't keep installing new Trial versions.

Please also note that there are two Trial versions: a smaller limited Lumion 9.3 Trial version and the full Lumion 9.3 Pro Trial version.

If you'd like to evaluate Lumion in more detail, I'd recommend the latter as the 14-day license period can be extended upon request.
