[Answered] Never Received Student Version Download

I recently looked into downloading the free Student version of Lumion to use on my computer. I followed the directions, entering my PayPal information and verifying my University. It has been a few hours, and I still haven't received an email. It was my understanding that this email would be sent immediately after. Every time I try to resend it, it tells me there has already been an email sent. There is nothing in my inbox or spam. Is there any way for me to fix this problem and download the software?

Hi, This is happening to me as well. I cant seem to find an email for the support center to notify them about the same issues. Can you direct me to the appropriate link where i can contact support?

Your Student License Key has expired.  It was last issued November 2017 and is for 365 days, so expired November last year.  I see no new application in SheerID.

So a new application is needed.  Please follow the steps in our Knowledge Base ArticleWhat do you do if your Student License Key has expired?

Hi,

I have yet to receive ay email in regards to my new application. It tells me to wait for an email, but nothing ever arrives? Could it be some type of glitch with my account? Please help!!

So, what email address did you use for the new application processed by SheerID?

There is only 1 SheerID application registered under that email address. The date is 11/27/2017.

I did however locate a more recent application by searching for your full name. The new application is registered with a different email address (student.newschoolarch.edu).

We've resent the 'Getting started with Lumion' email to that address.

Please confirm that you've received it.

It seems like for some reason Im not receiving the emails from the support team. Not sure why. Ive checked all folders  :-\

Seems we are not having much luck getting this sorted for you.    :-[

Please email us at uploads [at] lumion.com (replace [at] with @) with an alternative email address such as a Gmail or Outlook address so we can try again. 

It seems unlikely that the '.edu' email server has blocked the email because there is a large number of other students at newschoolarch.edu who have received the email without issue.

So, please make sure you have whitelisted/added exclusions for our email domains in your antivirus/email software to make sure it does not block our emails:

[email protected]

If you need help with doing that, let us know what your antivirus software is, and your email system is that you are using.
