I registered last week but never received verification email.  When I try to re-register is says that the offer has already been redeemed and an email has been sent.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Hello rm5design,

I looked you up in our system and I found that your registered email account is [email protected]***.***.  (with 2 "r"s)

I also see that you entered [email protected]***.*** as your email address in your account profile. (with only 1 "r")

Which one is the correct email address? Once we figure this out, I will be able to resend you the "Getting started with Lumion" email.

Only 1 "r" is the correct account.  Thank you for getting back to me and for your help with this.

I will resend you the "Getting started with Lumion" email to the correct address.

I will also ask our sales team to update it in our system to prevent future confusion.
