Hi!
I have installed Lumion6 Trial, and I've got some issues in order to generate an image with multiple objects with pureglass.

My PC: i7, gtx960, 24Gb RAM (3 stars in benchmark). Win7 x64

the model is an imported dwg, each glass is a different solid object in AutoCAD, with different layer

...note that licenses for Lumion Free/Demo/Trial/Educational/Educational Pro can't be registered, so if you're using one of those versions, you only need to follow step 1, 5 and 6 below.
:o

My IT said to me that trial/demo versions havn't license key. He installed lumion in my PC and told me that i have 30 days to try it  :-\

That's incorrect information. The Trial version of Lumion has a license number and it's valid for 7 days, not 30 days.

Please forward your name and the name of the company you work for to morten[at]act-3d.com, so we can look up your details in the license database. Thanks in advance.

Why do you need permission to tell us which company you work for? When you contacted a reseller to get the 7-day Trial version you would already have given us the same information.

All we need is to check that the information matches what we have in our license database.

Once you've forwarded the requested information we will gladly assist you :)

Thanks in advance.

I think I was wrong in that sentence translation.  :-o

Rather I mean that I must report to my boss because I am not the person responsible for purchasing the software, I just try it and make reports to decide which software is best suited to the needs of the company.

They decide which software is tested, they download it. I test it, inform them, and they decide if they buy it. 8)

It has originally been another person who has made the process of downloading the trial (I don't know who). The IT has given me the computer with all the programs already installed to test them.

In order to do my job and make the report, I just need to know if this problem has a solution (I do not need you to tell me how to fix it), either through a software upgrade or any other means, and if the pro final version also has this problem.

Many thanks in advance  :)
