Hey! When I import a sketchup file and put a material on one side and validate it, all my project goes black. And when I validate a material and want to put another one, this one takes off. This is the trial version that does this? I took back a user's post because I have the same problem.

Hi Maryou28, to qualify for technical support, please copy your Lumion License Key from your 'Getting started with Lumion' email and then paste it into the License Key field at the bottom of your Account Settings page (Click on Profile above this post to access that page).

Then post a reply to let us know so we can transfer this topic to the right section.

Thanks in advance.

That's no problem.

If you're having trouble registering that License Key, please forward your email with the License Key number to uploads[at]lumion.com (replace [at] with @).

Alternatively, please forward the name of the company you work for and the name + email address of the person who handles your License Keys to uploads[at]lumion.com (replace [at] with @).

Thanks in advance.

Yes. It's probably easiest if you simply forward the name of the company you work for and the name + email address of the person who handles your License Keys to uploads[at]lumion.com (replace [at] with @).

That way, we can quickly verify your license status.

Hi Enzo, this is just to let you know that you no longer have access to the Lumion Support Center as you have failed to register a License Key for Lumion 8 as requested in your other topic. Pretending to be a different user who is using a Trial version will not qualify you for technical support.
