There was a glitch last week around the time you applied which meant some applications did not complete the full process and send the email. Those were, as far as we know dealt with and the glitch sorted.
I can see your application was accepted in SheerID. We have no record though in our license system. I will contact my colleague who looks after the student system to investigate. Once we hear back (hopefully later today CET) we will advise you here or via email.
