Hello, I've registered my student account and reapplied for the student version. I still haven't got an email back yet and was wondering when I would be able to receive it. Thank you!

Hello, not a problem. Thanks for the fast reply. I still haven't received it, I checked all my mail including spam. I've received an email that you replied to the forum, but not for the software itself.

Sorry about that. It turns out that the 'Getting started with Lumion' email can't be sent at the moment due to technical problems.

The developers have been informed about this issue and will take a look as soon as possible.
