Is there a list of IP's to unblock behind a firewall to make openstreetmap work?

We are behind a firewall for a corporate network.

We have tried the checker and all the addresses fail.

Hi mirvac

Please see our Knowledge Base article regarding proxy servers: How do you resolve OpenStreetMap errors?

By "checker" do you the one mentioned in that article for our OpenStreetMapConnectionTest.exe?

We have checked that, those ports are mostly open, we need IP addresses/a range of IPs to enter.

Yes the checker mentioned in that article, it fails for everything, our networking team want IPs to add to the exception list

If you run a proxy and cannot permit the ports access, then you will need to find another way to access OpenStreetMap data.  For example, using a mobile phone for a connection, or accessing the data outside of the network.

ps: what version of Lumion are you using?

We want to whitelist via the Public IP ranges for OpenStreetMap, is there a list of them?

I am not sure if that would be possible as the addresses are dynamic.

Perhaps if you can add an IP range that covers those addresses in 1.2 of the article, but I do not recall any other users finding a solution.

What is the IP range for them in 1.2? That only lists names

Please wait whilst I ask our developer if that is possible.  The office opens CET +1.

Hi mirvac

Unfortunately, the developer who can help is currently sick.  Please wait for perhaps 48 hours.  Apologies for the delay.

Hi mirvac

Our developer has provided a reply:

...they are dynamic and also Cloudflared (in some cases).. so what I can think of right now is to ping the addresses we use and use those IP-addresses that return for their proxy range.
